Sikorsky S-43 Baby Clipper (JRS-1)

The Sikorsky S-43 is a twin-engined amphibious airliner for up to 18 passengers and military utility aircraft produced by the US-American manufacturer Sikorsky Aviation Division of United Aircraft Corporation, today Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation. The S-43 was designated JRS-1 by the US Navy and OA-8 by the US Army Air Corps.
The Sikorsky S-43 is a smaller development of the four-engine Sikorsky S-42 Clipper.
