The Lockheed 12 Electra Junior is a twin-engined eight-seat corporate travel and commuter aircraft produced by the US-American manufacturer Lockheed Corporation. Lockheed 12 in service with the US Army Air Corps were designated C-40 (later redesignated UC-40) and in service with the US Navy and US Marine Corps JO-1 and JO-2.
The Lockheed 12 is a scaled down development of the Lockheed Electra 10-A.
